KINGSVILLE — A free, family-friendly Earth Day celebration is scheduled for Friday, April 24, in downtown Kingsville.
The 6th Annual Earth Day Celebration will take place from 5 to 8 p.m. at the Maggie Salinas Pavilion, located at 261 N. Sixth St.
The event will feature a variety of activities for all ages, including arts and crafts, games, prizes, a petting zoo and educational booths.
Organizers say attendees will have the opportunity to learn more about conservation, habitat preservation, recycling, wildlife and environmental stewardship through interactive exhibits and presentations.
The event is free and open to the public.
