Organizers are inviting Kleberg County’s small business community to participate in a new indoor vendor market scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 7, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Bigfoot’s Rock Eaters, located at 908 E. Ceaser Avenue in Kingsville.
The event is being organized through a partnership between Prairie View A&M University’s Cooperative Extension Program and Bigfoot’s Rock Eaters, a locally owned shop with a studio space. Organizers say the goal is to build foot traffic for a local business, provide a no-cost selling opportunity for vendors, and offer residents a public space to shop and enjoy.
No vendor fee, limited indoor space
The market will be held indoors and is free for vendors to participate. Space is limited and vendors are asked to bring their own tables. A layout map will be provided to confirmed participants. Organizers noted that, if weather permits, additional outdoor spots may become available.
The event will also include a small-business educational component designed to offer support and resources to participating vendors.

Pop-up markets and vendor events have expanded across Kingsville in recent years as part of a broader local effort to create more spaces for micro-businesses, artisans, and home-based entrepreneurs to sell directly to customers.
