KINGSVILLE — The City of Kingsville Street Department will begin seal coating a section of E Caesar Avenue between S 14th Street and S 13th Street on Tuesday, November 19, 2025, starting at 7:30 a.m.
During the work, portions of E Caesar Avenue in this area will be closed, and signs and barricades will be in place. Crews will work throughout the day to complete the project and reopen the roadway as quickly as possible.
Residents and businesses are advised that delays are possible when entering or exiting properties, and vehicles should not be parked on the street. The city requests that cars be parked away from the curb to avoid contact with seal coating materials. The city will not clean vehicles, and owners are responsible for any towing fees if their vehicle must be moved.
The Kingsville Police Department and Fire Department have been notified of the project to ensure public safety.
For questions or concerns, residents may contact the Street Department at 361-595-8040, option #2.
