The library provides the forms as a public service and offers several ways for completed applications to be submitted, giving residents flexibility depending on what works best for them.

- Have recently moved or changed your address

- Want to confirm your information is current before an upcoming election
Library staff can provide the application, but they do not assist with filling out the form or offer guidance on political choices.
A local access point for a statewide process
Voter registration in Texas is handled at the county level, but public locations like libraries serve as convenient access points for the required paperwork.
By making applications readily available, and offering a secure drop-off option, the Robert J. Kleberg Public Library helps ensure residents have a straightforward way to take care of voter registration without needing to track down forms elsewhere.
For additional questions about voter eligibility, deadlines, or registration status, residents can contact the Kleberg County Voter Registrar’s Office directly.
